BestJapanBuy helps visitors to Japan decide what is worth buying in Japan, whether it will work back home, which model to choose and where to buy it.
The problem we solve
The most common mistakes when buying electronics in Japan are not about brands. They are buying a model that will not work on your country's voltage, not knowing where to buy, and not knowing how tax-free shopping works. We organize models, prices, compatibility rules and stores as structured data, and every verdict can be expanded to show how it was worked out.
Our principles
- Independent: we do not take money from makers or stores to change rankings or verdicts.
- Traceable: every price and rating shows its source and date.
- Nothing made up: if we cannot find something, we say it is to be confirmed. Third-party ratings are labeled with their source and are not presented as our own.
- Translation: the English pages are translated with AI from the Chinese original, which is authoritative. Model numbers, prices, specs and source links are not translated.
